I went today to have my bloodwork done. There are various labs to chose from on the sheet. I live in a VERY big town. LOTS of labs around here.....so why the BLEEP do I happen to pick the one my ex-husbands VERY pregnant girlfriend works at??????
UGH
I had not met the girl yet, and honestly didn't really want to. She is the 22 yr old girlfriend who supposedly got pregnant on the pill. He only knew her a couple months and wasn't even serious about the relationship. So all along I have tried to be happy for him, but the feelings of ....why is it so easy for others and not the ones who want it most and have gone through hell to get it are there. So I sit there getting 9 tubes of "please figure out why I can't get pregnant and stay that way ...along with are my eggs old" blood drawn looking at her 22 yr old baby bump. I would have cried, but all I can do is laugh at the irony. She actually is a very nice girl and I do wish her the best...but WHY ME?????
LMAO
Thanks for making it to the end of my rambling....carry on

Of course that would happen, RIGHT? That's freakin crazy though. What are the odds, especially if you live in a big city. well good thing you had a goo sense of humor about it all. I love the way you put it about your blood work, thats how I felt about my 14 vials they took from me. Take care,

I can't believe that! How totally uncomfortable. Did she know who you were? I can't wait until you get those results back next week. You amaze me, too. You have such strength and always a positive outlook.

AWW thanks girls
Yeah she was the one who figured out who I was. I handed her my lab slip, she took one look at the name and said "You're Bobbie? I'm Heather". It actually took me a minute to *get it*. I am slow sometimes! I said "Oh your Dave's girlfriend?" (My ex's name is Dave too....bet most of you didn't know that LOL)
<sigh> strange day! Now I hope the bloodwork comes back good.

Thanks... after I got over the initial shock of my bad luck. I was okay. I even said "good luck" on the way out..... and meant it. Mainly because she is now stuck with my ex for the rest of her life he isn't the easiest person to live with!

That would be sooo cool!
I really want two more kids...so two at once would be great!
I think me being a twin...and being old...probably increases the chances of them. Bring it on

oh I forgot you were a twin!! No doubt- that would be so awesome!! I am not telling DH, but I am secretly wishing for twin girls to pay him back for his childhood. PLus his mom had 2 boys, and we have a boy, and Kenny's brother has 1 boy and another one on the way... so she is DYING to get a girl in this family. The more the merrier I say!!!
