Ugh! I hate people like this

Okay, I've had a lot of former AskDrAmy members flip out on me and call me a liar because of this and tell me I'm stupid, so I took myself out of that situation because I won't let ANYONE ruin my happiness or cause me stress.

Yes, this pregnancy was WAY unplanned. I had every intention of taking the birth control. My doctor told me to start taking it from the first day of my next period, and as much as I didn't want to, I figured that taking it for 2 months and then conceiving a healthy pregnancy was much more worth not taking it and keeping on trying for pregnancies that wouldn't succeed. So, we decided to avoid baby dancing for 5 days before and 5 days after the day I thought I was supposed to ovulate (March 22), so I must have ovulated early or late, because I still became pregnant!! Yes, we could have been smarter about using protection anyway and the fact that the condoms we need cost $20 for 5 is probably not an excuse, but it can get expensive when you do it like rabbits, lol.

So, while a lot of people on here are very excited for me, I have former ADA members calling me stupid, telling me I'm a liar because I was going to take them, etc etc. I don't care. They can have their own opinions, but I'm happy and no one will take that away from me.

I had a blood test done yesterday and should get the results back by Tuesday. I am confident that they're over 100 and have very good feelings about this pregnancy. I am not a very religious person, but why would God allow a pregnancy when trying to avoid it because of a need for birth control, if it wasn't going to be successful? I don't think God is that cruel. My last pregnancies my hcg started at 80 and 23 respectively and both ended, but with how quickly the positives came up, I'm very positive about this pregnancy.

So yes, I did intend to take the pills, and will take them after I give birth, but it just won't happen right now. I guess God had other plans for this family.

WTH Brandi!!! How can people even ask like that!?!? I don't know what that other site is that you are referring to, but I think you need to steer clear of them! Those people just sound like jealous people who are trying to ruin your happiness...don't let them succeed!

Not everything in life can be planned out perfectly. Sometimes, we think one thing is going to happen, but the exact opposite is what actually occurs, and looking back on it, you can see the reason it happened like that. I am a firm believer in the fact that things happen for a reason, and although we don't always know why at the time, there is a reason!

So my advice, enjoy every moment of your pregnancy and don't let anyone have the power to take that away from you! (So just hang out over here with us...we're happy for you!!

wow, I just woke up lol and I look like i was hit by a train.. not the point tho. let me digress (lmao Ive always wanted to say that. it sounds smart!!).

Anywhoo.....Brandi dont you know once you are in TTCAL you are not allowed to quit us? You HAVE to stay it is like the rule just after "thou shall not POAS before AF is due" DUH!! JK. point being you have alot of people here who love you and dont want to see you go. So sit tight and enjoy the next 9 months with us

Ill bring the...um...well not beer....popcorn??

Totally steer clear of those ladies! Yes stay here, I too agree that this is like home, I'm sure that once I get my BFP I won't want to leave either. Stay, stay, stay. You would be way too missed.

i know what you are saying.. people are freaking out online because i want to be pregnant and im not even married yet!! im married in the eyes of God but not legally and people can undertand that!! even my paster said its fine for us... sometimes people are just bitter and twisted and dont like things that are different to their situation... im glad you are happy with the out come and that is all that matters, you dont need to justify yourself for anyone!! you and your soon to be husband are all that matter in your world!!
