I think I'll be heading up to emerg soon. I have been cramping all day. No bleeding or spotting, but lots of period-like cramps, and my cervix is moving lower and lower. I think I'm going to miscarry again. Please, thoughts and prayers ladies, I really need them right now. I need some confort and reassurance that this pregnancy is NOT going to end.

************************************************** *****************

I'm back from the hospital. They ran blood work but did not check my cervix because apparently if they did that it could cause a miscarriage to happen that wouldn't necessarily happen, especially so early on. Well, my bloodwork came back positive and my levels weren't as high as I had hoped them to be. They were only 47. With Zoe at 2 days late, they were 334, so I was either carrying more than one with Zoe, or this one will more than likely end in a loss too. Please pray for our family ladies. We really want this one to stick.

Did anyone have low levels in the beginning and still have a successful pregnancy? Because my last two pregnancies started with levels of 80 and 23 respectively, and I lost them both.

Brandi,

I hope everything is okay. Next time I get pregnant I am NOT checking my cervix or temping after my BFP. Way too stressful.

Let us know what they say.... prayers coming your way....

All week when I've checked it and even this morning, I would have to put my middle finger up there so far to get it that the entrance to my vagina would be touching my second knuckle. Now when I check it, it my finger will only go in so far that it's the entrance is touching my first knuckle.

Hi Brandi

I don't very often post but I do come and see how all of you are going, I know you are realy nervous and I can only speak from my own experience but the cervix changers position all the time and when I was pg with my last baby my cervix sat low for the first 10 weeks and then moved up the cramping is also something I had. Please try not to stress I hope everything works out for you.

I cramped a lot with both my babies. Period-like cramps. I don't know about the cervix thing, since I didn't find it until just recently.

I hope that everything is okay! Good luck honey!

Try to relax and not worry too much sweetie. I know that is so much easier said than done. I think your cervix position can vary a lot especially in the beginning.

I'm hoping and praying that everything is fine.

I'm going to remain optimistic about this one. My cycles have just begun to sort themselves out snce my last miscarriage and laparoscopy, so I'm going to go ahead and say I ovulated later than I thought I did because we didn't baby dance anywhere near where I thought I ovulated and we still became pregnant. It's a miracle!! My good feelings are still there, but so is the worry.

I'm going to remain optimistic. The line on hpt's keeps getting darker and since we did not baby dance anywhere near where I thought I ovulated, I'm attributing the low levels to late ovulation, which pretty much means we caught the pregnancy early and I'm not "late" yet. Either way, I do still have good feelings about this pregnancy and I'm not going to stop having good feelings either. I'm going to remain positive as my pregnancy tests. It's not over til the witch shows, right?

Hi Brandi, I'll be keeping you in my prayers. I wish I could remember what Naden's bloodwork was at so I could tell you to compare. I do think that is iwithin the normal range though. HCG numbers tend to freak me out too.

I hope you are right, and you ovulated later than you thought! When I had my blood work done with this bean, it started somewhere near 47, and it doubled well and stuck. I think it is the doubling that is more important, not the actual numbers.

Are they going to do more blood work in 48 hours?

Sending you tons of sticky dust!!!

I haven't gotten Friday's bloodwork back yet, so I guess based on that is whether I'll go back for more or not, and the hospital doc is gonna send last night's results to my OB. I'll more than likely be going back on Monday or Tuesday for more bloodwork, just to make sure the levels are doubling. My first loss, my levels didn't double, my second, they started doubling and then suddenly dropped off. I hope that is not the case with this one. I want my levels to double and I want another 86 stitches in my va-jay-jay come Christmas time!!

I will keep you in my prayers. When i first found out that i was pregnant with this pregnancy, i waited 2 days before going to the dr's. when they did the blood work, they called me the next day and said yup you are pregnant. I asked what my levels were and they said 72. i was scared cause i thought they were supposed to be higher. i went back in a week and they were high! they thought it was twins cause of the numbers. Keep thinking positive!!

Positive thinking will help this bean stick. Thanks for all the support and encouragement ladies, it is really helping me to stay positive. That, and my good feelings about this pregnancy.
