Which way do you ladies think would be the easiest way to figure my cycle back out?...I hate regular OPKs because I can never tell the difference in the two lines...Digital OPKs I could deal with they are just realllly expensive...and temping I have no clue about...it seems so easy but FF is so advanced that even just trying to learn about it I get lost...lol..(that could just be the blond in me )
So what do you ladies think?...My cycle was always on point...I could figure it out naturally...but now I'm afraid the m/c messed it all up and I'm never going to know when I O again...
**UPDATE** So I made my decision and talked to DH and I am going to Walgreens after work to buy my BBT...my bleeding has stopped (finally) and now I am just spotting a little brown every now and then...I will have more b/w on Monday to make sure my hCG is still falling...I am scouring FF.com and learning everything I can about charting...it really doesn't seem that difficult once you learn what all the little boxes are at the bottom of the chart and what crosshairs are...lol...here is my only question...do I have to wait until AF to start temping?...or can I start now just to learn?...

I'm sure you will figure out again. It's still so early after your m/c that your body is just readjusting. I was always a 27d cycle kind of a gal and I lost my son on January 26th and I didn't get my first AF til March 19th! So it may just take some time. I will tell you that I am NO pro at this charting stuff, but I'll tell you what I did. I started temping on the first day of AF and I started taking OPK's on CD5 just for kicks and giggles. I finally got a postive OPK on CD 15 and did O on CD 16. As for my temps they are looking good too, so I recommend both if you can swing it. So there is hope. Just stay positive, it will come again. Good Luck dear.

OHH! yay I wanna leave a response to this one!!! Here is my thoughts..ahem~~~
I has the perfect 28 day cycle before my loss, and Im still waiting for my first AF post m/c. But I am hoping I can help. Im broke as a joke..no really, we have like no extra money. So i didnt really want to do the OPK thing, and by the way they suck. they are hard to read (in my opinion) and they suck. lol. So I decided fertility friend is free and so is checking your cervix. That is what i do. They are easy, and a BBT thermometer is only 10 bucks. If you need help with FF there are people on here who know ALOT about ot, ive had to ask for help a few times now. Seriously I have even gotten a few women (with help from bobbie and some other ladies) to start checking their cervix, and it really is a good way to see where in ytour cycle you are. It honestly tells you so much more than a strip of paper with dye and pee. If you do decide to go with the OPK's Id do the non digital ones because they are cheaper, and you arent guarenteed to even hit your surg, so it seems like a waste if you miss it. wow i rambled alot if you need any help feel free to pm me or just ask Good luck hun KUP!!

Eleysia~I always love your posts! I have been lurking since the m/c and have just recently started to post here, but every time I read your posts I smile! You are just so real!! I love it!!
I agree about OPKs sucking...I tried them back in Feb after I got my IUD removed and I felt like I wasted my money because the line never got darker than the control line just darker in comparison to each other...so thats what I went off of...just compared the test lines...lol...
I really think I am going to try the BBT...it seriously can't be that hard to take your temp and enter it on a chart...and I agree...there are so many other women on here that are genius' when it comes to that stuff that I'm sure any of them would be willing to read my chart for me...
YAY!!

Im excited you will be temping I am just getting into stalking people's charts and stuff. it is alot of fun, and it lays everything out day by day so you can see it. Only words of wisdom i have is set your alarm!!!! i have alot of trouble remembering when to temp on the weekends.. i usually roll over and shut off my alarm lmao. hence why i have like no temps for my weekends hahaha. ok im gonna go im losing my min. i have yet to go to bed... darn navy 2 more hours then i get to go home!!! woot!!!

I just started temping last month too, and it took some time, but I now feel better with all of it.
I would definitely recommend starting to temp now, so that you can figure it all out. That way, when AF arrives, you'll be on your way to a BFP!!!
Feel free to ask if you have questions, there's lots of charters in this group!

Looks like the girls pretty much have this covered
IF you decide to try OPK's again... check out either internet cheapies on Ebay or the Answer brand that comes in a pack of 20 that you dip... not mid stream. They are about $20 and I have had REALLY good luck with them.
If you have any questions at all about charting/cervix/CM ask away. We love stuff like that

Yeah pretty much what the other girls said, i would start temping now. I know they say not to temp when AF is here but i always do just becuase i'm so used to taking it at the same time every morning its like programed into my brain lol. As for the OPK's i had great luck on Answer brand as well and the ones on www.early-pregnancy-test.com.
