coz i spotted today and the only thing i have done differently is take progesterone

can it also make you cramp? because i was cramping yesturday the whole day, not serious cramping just i could feel the cramps all day...
i suppose nobody knows this answer... maybe bobbi could help with this one?

Sorry hun, I don't know either. The nice thing on your chart is that you spotted with the dip and then your numbers went back up so hopefully it is IB and not the witch. I'll be stalking your chart these next few days.
