Hmm not sure yet. I cooked my butt off last night. I made Tempura battered sweet and sour chicken, and mixed veggies. So I really dont wanna cook tonight. Maybe DH will make pork chops pr something for me?

rib eye steaks, corn on the cob, some type of starch... and maybe a 2nd veggie, if I can find one I feel like eating.

I'm not sure -- it's a surprise. DH is taking me out for my birthday. He just told me "dress up and be ready by 6". Woo hoo. :-)
