I hate to say this because I am sure this isn't what you want to hear, but unfortunately, after a m/c, anything goes It may take a couple cycles for you to get back to *normal* or you may now have a new normal. I hope you feel better soon...

i'm still waiting for my first af since m/c, so i can't say what mine is gonna be like, but maybe your body is still adjusting. like the others said, it could take a few months, which really sucks to think about cuz if you're like me, i want it to be regular NOW so i can effectively ttc! darnit!
who knows, maybe your body is just changing to a new lighter cycle.

Grr how annoying. Im sorry your cycle is funky. I wont be much help, I had no signs of AF that were my typical "hey here comes the witch" but then she came on strong. I had the heaviest period of my life for the first few days. I swear I thought I was having an early loss, it was that bad.
I hope you get some sort of reassurence, and that this next cycle is a bit more normal for ya.

I'm sorry that your cycle is being a PITA... I'd get an OPK for this month if you don't have one already...

I'm having the same problem with my cycles. My first cycle after the m/c , the worse cramps ever, but it started as spotting for a day, heavy for a couple of days, then light then a bit of spotting-all in about a week-. Right now I'm on my second af since the miscarriage and I had no af symptoms at all, almost no cramps-which it's not normal for me-I was suppose to get it on the 6th, but did not start spotting until the 8, I spotted for about 3-4 days and then i got my period, tomorrow it will be a week-it has never lasted this long-. I think my second af has been weird because I got poison Oak and I was on Steroids for 9 days-finished today!
You are not alone, and I'm glad that I'm not the only one going throught this...I been driving myself crazy with this stuff

With my 4w loss, AF was the same as what you are dealing with. The second AF after that loss was HORRIBLE though. I have never had an AF that bad in my life.
So I guess what I am saying is who the heck knows
I think it's bad enough we have to experience a loss. Then our bodies go wacky! GRRR

just think of it this way a month is better than a year and you know its not gonna be to long away so thats less stress i think thats why this dang prediction things are right sometimes cuz we get an idea and stop stressing and so it just naturally happens, i don't care how it happens as long as it happens and i will be so excited when we get to see those bfps!
