Okay, so I have a lp of 11 days. Is this bad? Do you think i should take b-6 to make it longer? I do remember that with my last pg (m/c) my progesterone levels were low and I had to take prometrium. Any thoughts or info would be greatly appreciated.

You can try progestrone cream, or get the suppositories from your dr. Thats why i have, they say to use them 2DPO but i'm going to wait till i get my CH just to make sure i did in fact O, because if you take them before you O you won't O. My LP was 10 days and now its 9

I'd talk to your doc and see what they say. I don't know if there is something that can make your LP longer or shorter, sorry Michelle!
