hey i get them all the time and they burst i don't get any bleeding from them though, even when i had a really bad one i didn't bleed externally from it but it is possible because the one i had that was really bad burst and my blood all stayed inside of me and i had to have surgery, if the cyst is in the right place and burst it could cause bleeding but i would defintly get it checked out if you continue to have pain or bleeding because if all the blood isn't coming out you can go into toxic shock syndrome, when i finally went to the doc i had 20 oz of blood that had leaked into me at 24oz your body goes into shock so if you have pain SERIOUSLY GO TO THE DOCTOR ok good luck and i hope it goes away on its own, if you aren't having pain and your bleeding stops then i wouldn't worry about it lots of women get them and they burst and they never even know it

I'm with Mancil! My mother was having a lot of ovarian pain she thought, and it turned out that she had a baseball size cyst that burst and she bled quite a bit internally. They thought it was her appendix or gall bladder at first, and the surgeon decided to just go in to do exploratory surgery because they couldn't figure it out, and they found the burst cyst instead. It was a nightmare for her! But she never bled externally, if that answers your question about the pink cm. I don't know where you are in your cycle, could it be IB or just irritation f/ bd? But if the pain is bothering you, I agree that you should definitely see your doctor. It's always better to listen to your body and check into it.
