I keept hearing people talk about taking Robitussin, sorry if I sound a little out of touch, but can someone explain this to me?

Robitussin has a mucus thinner in it and will make cm thinner to help spermies swim better...

I took this last month and will do so again this month. I never have EWCM. This made me have some watery cm, so I think that was good

Pat honey dont feel out of the loop because you arent. This board is a little nuts, and we do ALOT of reading on things that just *might* help with the next cycle. So there are prolly things you will hear here that you never heard mentioned anywhere else... not even in a science experiment haha. Dont feel bad asking about it, we all have!!!

Make sure the only active ingredient is Guffastein (some thing like that). You can also use mucinex. I used it and it helped with cm. Good luck

There are links at the top in a sticky I put up that have lots of info in them.

For CM help you can also try Evening Primrose Oil or plain old water...just drink 8 glasses a day. Also avoid stuff like Advil cold and sinus. Anything that helps dry up your sinuses also dries up CM
