For those who take progestrone

I have a few questions, I just started using it today. I wanted to get CH before i used it. Anyway is there a better way to make it stay in? Like i put it in this morning and then after sitting down for a bit watching t.v i got up and felt like a flood! I was just wondering if there is any tricks to make it not as messy?

I dont take it so im really not sure.. but maybe if you lay down for a bit? Just seems like maybe itll absorb instead of let gravity pull it out?

Yeah i'm def going to try that tomorrow, its hard cause i have to do a bunch of stuff for the little ones lol. I'm on 200mg a day so i do one in the morning and one at night, but the night time one i will be sleeping so it shouldn't be to bad

Maybe just after you give them some breakfast youll have enoughtime to lay down for a few.. either that or you could take it when they go down for a nap? or will that be too late in the afternoon?

usually the go down around 12:30 so i guess that wouldn't be too late. I'm sure i'll figure it out lol

im taking progesterone.. almost done though! But mine sound different.. one at night and one in the mornings.. BUT they are like a pill thing.. not cream or nothin.. so they go in, and about 6-8 hours later they start disolving and thats when they come out in a creamy form... but its not to bad... i just use a couple panty liners...
