She just called and let me know that she went to the ER today, and they said her HCG was in the single digits. I feel so bad for her!! She thinks this might be her 3rd chemical pregnancy. She's pretty sure that she had 2 before, in her previous marriage. She did tell me that they didn't tell her that she had to wait to try again, so once she feels ok they're going to try again. I think once we tell my family that I am then I will tell her about Justmommies and TTCAL. I love "having" JM to myself, but I know how much PL and TTCAL has helped me.
This is going to be so hard to tell my family(mostly her) since my EDD is the day before hers was(the day of, according to the Docs).

just a quick question, does she not know you are preg? if not this is really going to break her, you need to be as supportive of her as possible. she will probably be really upset to find out you are preg... the only reason i say this because that i felt when my sister in law suspected she was pregnant and i was just starting to miscarry. i just cried and cried and cried... i felt this horrible feeling of hatred which i feel so ashamed about coz i love her to bits!! i think things work out alright because she wasnt preg but i think i would still be horribly devistated if she was...
you need to just be really really strong for her, and maybe hold out on telling everyone untill she has fully recoved and the family has morned with her...
i hope i have made you mad at me this is just a personal experience that has influenced the way i replied....
i wish you all the best and a future healthy preg for your sis

Oh no!! This is aweful. I will keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers. Life just ISN'T FAIR sometimes. Hopefully your sister will realize that you know what she is going through and be able to get past her own hurt to join in your joy. It may take a little time, but I'm confident things will work out in the end. Keep us posted!
ETA: Does your sister have any children? I know you said this might be her 3rd chemical pregnancy.

I ended up having to just tell my parents last night, because I needed someone to come stay with our kids so we could go to the ER. I'll post about it in a new topic.

No, my sister didn't know that I was pregnant. I think it will be hard for her because we were due a day apart(the same day according to the docs). But I think she will be happy for me as I had my loss in Dec, and understand how she feels. And no you didn't make me mad

No, she doesn't have any children. But I hope she can get some answers as to what's going on.
