I got a phone call reminding me about it and to have a full bladder. Should I go, just for fun? Maybe I'll get lucky and see a fetus.

Um anyone who tells you anything other then why the heck wouldnt you is lieing!! Id so go. you know you have to fight for a u/s normally. plus it is a heck of alot sooner than friday!! start drinking water and KUP!

I hate having an overly full bladder. You never need it as full as they want you to have it. I can feel my bladder filling up now. I'm drinking a glass of green tea, and maybe another one around 2 or 3, but I haven't peed since 8:30am. U/S is at 4pm.

Nah, I'm good. I already feel pretty full and I know at this stage, if I pee, I wouldn't get my bladder full enough again.

I can't wait until you get back to tell us about your u/s!!!! Having a full bladder SUCKS! Especially when they make you wait! Hopefully you've used the bathroom since this morning!!! Start drinking that water, girl!!!
