We started talking, then he walked out of the room claiming he was going to sleep on the couch so he didn't cause me any stress. Few minutes later I went back and got him, told him to come to bed and we need to solve it NOW, not later, so we talked, worked it out, and he's finally admitting we need counselling.

Good job on not giving up honey! Im glad that you two were able to at least talk about som of the stuff bothering you. Im sure that the counseling will totally help. KUP for sure. Sounds like you have a good man who is willing to try to make things work

I'm glad you guys got an appointment! I hope this is exactly what you and Mike need. It's great that you two can talk about stuff like that, it's great that he's open about counselling too!

I'm glad he is too. He didn't want to go at first, saying we really don't need it, but I guess now he realizes that we do. We're both stubborn people, stuck in our ways, and neither of us sees the problems we have with each other, so hopefully having a third person involved will open both our eyes and we can learn new ways to sort through things without fights.

im confused... didnt you guys just get married? its always good to sort out problems then and there. brett and i have a rule, we are never to go to bed angry at one another its just not on!! and communication is key, we dont lie to one another and we dont hide things, if a friend wants to tell me a secret hes telling brett to indirectly coz i let them know that i will tell brett coz we dont keep anything from us!!!
