And he's acting like there's no other gender in the world.

He told me tonight that he wants another boy, and to start off our family with a boy would mean the most to him. Of course, now I've got to go look up stuff about trying to conceive a specific gender! Yes, I'm like that!

I'm also going to lurk over on the board, of the same name, by the way!

Wish us luck!

OH ANDDDDDD he said he wants to find out the gender too when we can! I already told him I wanted to keep it a surprise, he says to me "but I want to prepare" Ugh! MEN!!

That was SOOO my DH!!! He just was insistent that the last two pregnancies were boys. He wouldn't even broach the idea that it could be a girl! GHEESH!

However, he is not that way with this one because our timing definitely points to a girl. We'll see!

My hubby is the opposite. His words only a few hours before my water broke was "I think it's a girl swimming in there...." let me tell ya, Curtis is all boy! haha. So he's wanting a girl for the next one but we both agree that two boys this close in age would be a blast.... ANYWAYS! haha

Um... I could tell you how we might have conceived our boy.... but I'm sure you will get lots of information and tips in that section and in articles.

Good luck!!

G/L Jessica. I really thought my dh was gonna be disappointed when we found out Haley was a girl. But he was thrilled. He loves his little girl! I know he'd love to have a boy next though. I would to, but I'll take what I can get.

too funny Jess. I think thats just his manley side showing, cuz every guy ive ever known who had a baby girl melted as soon as he held her. So i wouldnt buy too much into his boy dreams!! haha.

My DH is convinced girls are nicer by nature and wants a girl next time... im pulling for another boy.

My DH "thought" he wanted a boy, but you should see that big tough police officer melt when that little mop head of blonde curls yells, "DADDY" when he walks in the door. To say she has him wrapped around her finger would be an understatement.

Well Jessica you will have to tell him that you have nothing to do with that, so he will have to do his job and make a boy. It is supposedly easier to make a boy because you just bd on the day of O. Tell him the chances of that are 50/50. lol Good luck and I hope you get your little boy. When are you actively ttc again?
