First, is it possible not to ovulate?? Sorry for the silly question
Here is why I am asking. I don't chart, but I do the OPK, last month I pee on the stick for about 10 days and they were all Neg-meaning either I missed ovulation or I did not ovulate, right?-. Now, this is our first month trying after the m/c in Feb, so far I'm in cd 14 and have not ovulated yet (before the m/c I use to ovulate cd12-14). Also, I don't seem to have a los Cerv mucus, is that normal? I don't know what to think and I'm getting desperate and depress....

Hmm I dont think ill be a ton of help but here goes. I know I tried the OPK things for 1 cycle. i hated them because i didnt know if i got an actual pos or not, and didnt get pg that cycle anyways.
It is possible you have missed your LH surge. Some women it doesnt last 24hours, but more like 12. so if you only POAS one time durign 24 hours it might get missed.
The CM could be a number of things. If youre dehydrated you wont have nearly as much. Im not sure of your age, but girls in their 20's usually have 4-5 days of EWCM, and ladies in their 30's have like 1-2 days i read.
I hope someone can be of more help Sorry hun.
oh and yes it is possible to have a cycle where you dont ovulate.

It is possible to have a cycle or cycles where you don't ovulate.
But the opks are kind of iffy. Sometimes you have to do them more than once a day or you miss your surge and some brands just aren't as good as others.
As for the CM, wish I could help you. I seem to have less than I did before my miscarriage but my dr told me not to worry about it.
If you are really worried you get your dr to run some tests to make sure you are Oing.

I don't like opks. I used them for 2 cycles and I didn't get a pos either. I have very little cm also. I say drink lots of water. I just turned 34, argh! I hope you get your answers soon. Have you tried temping? That's the best way for me to see when I o.

What do you mean when you say "Have you tried temping?" Sorry if I sound clueless-which I am.

Ohh, ok. Then, no I have not tried. I get up before my DH (5:45 am), it makes it more complicated than it needs to be that early in the morning and also my DH kicks me if I am not out of bed 2 minutes after the alarm went off

Hmm i think id kick DH right back!! lol Im so not a morning person. I know that i set my alarm, and DH's is always like 20min or so before mine and i roll over, temp, and hit snooze. Then i chart it when i have time to get onto the comp at work. dunno if that would work for you as well. it is one of the few ways to know if you did actually ovulate...

First of all I want to say that is very normal to not O the first couple months after a mc. Your hormones are getting back to normal. Secondly the opk's are not all as sensitive and may be missing your surge. I found that the answer sticks that you dip are very sensitive. Plus there is 20 of them for about $20 so you don't feel as guilty using a couple a day during the fertile time. Also I have read that some women don't get the +opk and end up with a bfp that month. So anything is possible. Also about cm, I actually had more of it after giving birth, but that is kind of different since I was pregnant for 7 months. After several months that kind of dried up. This past month I barely had any noticable, but we did use preseed just to be sure. You might look into grapefruit juice, robotussin, preseed, evening primrose oil, or even maca root for extra cm, if you are concerned about that. Also taking your temps is just an extra confirmation of O'ing too. Good Luck and I hope you catch that egg!

it's too late this cycle to chart, but we don't get pregnant this month, I might try it next month.
Thanks to all for helping me out this one.

I finally (I think that out of desperation) I called my Doctor, and just like what MrsPoe said that it is normal not to O for a couple of month following a m/c and they said not to worry about CM. They told me that if in 3 or 4 month (!!!!!!!!!!!) e have not concived to give them a call. So anyway, I feel sort of better
