So today is a bad day. My best friend's girlfriend just had a m/c and he called to talk to me and was telling me about it and I was trying so h ard to be strong for him and it just brought everything back and I started bawling and I felt so bad cuz i was trying to comfort him but I know he could just hear me crying. Luckily he is a great guy and knows everythign we have been through so then he felt bad for bringing up all those memories and I explained to him that its ok I am glad that I am someone he feels he can talk to because I have been there and even though it makes me sad and it is hard I need to face my feelings just like he does. So yay I have been crying all day and just feel bad now. Ok sorry I had to vent a little thanks for listening.

I'm sorry When the memories come back it really hurts, it's like it's happened all over again. You just really don't want to relive it all.

He sounds like a great guy. I hope the two of them are alright.

It's all part of the healing process. If it were me, I would just allow myself to cry. It's easier to give in to that emotion than to fight it. My first loss was over a year ago and it still hurts so bad sometimes.

It does get a little easier in time

Thanks ladies and trust me I did cry and cry and cry. I felt bad cuz i dont' really like his girlfriend but it just broke my heart to know what she was going through and I wished I was closer to her so that she had someone to talk to that had been there. I told him to tell her how sorry I was and that no matter what our problems have been that I love her. It just broke my heart not only for myself and what i had been throught but for the both of them Sometimes I think I had it easier cuz I wasn't very far along and didn't have to go through labor and delivery. She was 17 weeks so he was telling me everything that had happened. We were in the mall and I had to leave I was crying so hard.
I appreciate everyones support sometimes my hubby just doesn't get it.

I'm sorry you had a bad day. I'm also sorry for your friend's loss. Don't worry, you can vent to us anytime. My dh just doesn't get it either. That why I'm extra thankful I have all of you.
