Ok so my and my dh have a roomate, to help us save money and cuz he needed a place to stay. So I am at
stay at home wife (kinda by choice kinda not) I tried to find a job when we first moved out here couldn't find anything then we got pg some my hubby told me not to worry about it then we had the m/c and now we are moving in a few short months so there isn't really a point to me trying to get a job right now. Plus I am always busy anyway there are four of us in a two bedroom apartment so I am always cleaning doing laundry, cooking for my dh AND OUR ROOMATE AND HIS GIRLFRIEND etc. etc. etc. By no means do I do nothing.
Ok now the story so My dh is taking leave at the begining of may and I made the comment the other night in front of our roomate that I couldn't wait to go on vacation and my roomate made the comment I don't know why you care your on vacation every day of the week!
I almost slapped him, instead I have just chose to ignore him since then (my hubby let him have it with both barrels though!), so he keeps acting like nothing is wrong and keeps trying to joke around with me and every time I look at him it makes me want to get sick cuz he is such a jerk!
Sorry had to vent about dumb men thanks for reading this though!

Wow.... some men are so clueless. I say take a mental health day! Grab a book, some junk food, a blanket, and go to the part and read away the afternoon. Leave a nice long list of chores to be done before you return

Yeah I just keep my mouth shut cuz i have a really bad temper and didn't want to make a bad situation worse but it seems its about to!
Ready for the update?
So when we moved in part of the deal was he pays utilities we pay the rent, he was out of town when my hubby got the apartment and so my husband had to put the bills in his name but the roomate is suppoused to pay them yay just found out my gas bill is almost a month late! I am pissed and the husband is acting like It's all cool. It pisses me off that is my husbands credit and we want to buy a house next year! Needless to say the bills will be getting put into his name ASAP!

Ugh, stupid men. At least it is the roommate and not your Dh though!

I know I get annoyed when people at work act like I am soooo spoiled because I don't have kids and I only work part time. Well, I basically do everything around the house and all errands and my Dh doesn't have to lift a finger except for mowing the yard. I think that should count for something.

They never realize how much we do UNTIL WE STOP DOING IT!!! I say go on strike too!!! A womans job is never done. Even if you worked outside of the home they wouldn't realize how much you did. Men are so blind. They work 8 hours come home and sit on their @ss and their job is done, but for us we wake up and clean up after them, grocery shop, pay bills, do laundry, fix dinner, and then after eating, we clean up, get ready for bed just to do it all over again the next day. I wish I had a full time job and someone else took care of the house!!lol

UGH! What a jerk! Taking care of the house is SOO exhausting! Maybe you should ask the roomate to do a few loads of laundry or cook a few dinners since it is just like vacation.

I wish I could go on strike but my dh is so understanding that I couldn't do it to him even though he tells me to! As for my roomate doing anything lets just put it this way YAY RIGHT he is a spoiled rich kid he doesn't even know how to load a dishwasher. When we all moved in together I had to show him how to do laundry! His mom has a maid so she never knew how much work it is so do you think he gets it, heck no!
I told my hubby i can't wait till we move out and the responsibility is all on him cuz his girl works all the time so he will have no one here! He will pry have to hire someone to do everything for him!

Well in a few days he won't have a choice me and my dh are going on vacation the 2nd through the 11th. I am not even buying groceries before we leave and his girl works almost every night while we are gone and his is broke so he can't afford to eat out right now. Bet he will be happy when I get back! And he has already been warned that my house better be as clean when i get back as it is when i leave and trust me I am a neat freak when it comes to the common area of my house!
