Nervous about tonight

Mike and I have a dinner to go to tonight to honor all the men who have finished their apprentiship (sp) and finished the 5 years of school. They have the dinner every 2 years. Mike finished in Dec. 06. He is soooo excited about tonight because he gets to see all the guys he went to school with for 5 years. Even one of his cousins will be there because he finished 6 months before Mike. I am nervous because I've never met any of these guys but Mike's talked so much about them and he's told them all about me. I kind of feel like I have to live up to something

I think its going to be a great night but I think I will be spending most of the night at the table. Mike's already looking forward to getting my drink tickets

but I just want him to have a great night and hang with all the guys. This is his night and I'll get mine this thursday when I leave to go to MN for my sisters college graduation. So its all good.

Awe I wouldnt worry hun. Im sure all of the ways he talked you up were dead on, and so there for you have nothing to live up to.. just be yourself

It should be fun, espically watching him enjoy himself. Have a great time, im sure they will love ya

Thankx girls. The worst part of the whole night for me is straightening my hair. Seems to take FOREVER

and its only a medium length.

It went great. Mike had a great time and even told me that I was a trooper because around midnight we ended up going to a bar with a few of the guys and didnt get home till around 1:30-2 which is the latest I've been able to stay up lately. The worst part of the night was my feet were killing me from my shoes. I bought a new part just for last night and I dont think I will be wearing them for a long time

But over all it was a good night. Thankx for asking

Awe Im so glad it turned out so well. Heck yeah youre a trooper!! When I was 4months pg with DS i went to the club one night (only cuz i wasnt showing yet haha) and danced it up till about 1:30, then had to go. I know what ya mean about the shoes
