well i posted the reminder and now i find out there were ppl. that was upset about it sry about that. but i didnt see anything wrong and i didnt say that u all had to leave and if u want to point that part out go ahead u all know i love this board and wouldnt hurt it nor the members but supposedly i did the board ive hosted for over a yr. hmmmmmm. and i want to put this out there right now i appoligize if it hurt ya all but needed to be said and no i didnt want our grads to thank they couldnt post but if thats the way u took it then what else can i say. but im sry. and that it actually hurt my feelings that u all couldnt tell me i got 1 pm from someone it hurt but i explaind it to her and she understood. and seen where i was comeing from. so i write this all in tears cause i feel like i have hurt ya all and thats far from what i was trying to do.

I think it was just a little bit of a shock at first but after I calmed down I realized where you were coming from. Some words I took out of context but realized later that it was not your intent to make the grads feel unwelcomed and that it is part of your responsibility as a host to try to keep a good balance on the board to make everyone feel comfortable as possible. Try not to worry about it anymore. HUGS

And I also wanted to say a little something to our newer members. I've been part of TTCAL for about 7 months now and I want you to know that this is not a caddy or drama type of board. I've only seen 3 cases of disagreements during my time here so don't be nervous about what to expect. The girls here really are sooooooo supportive and real fun to be around.

I am sure you will LOVE it here.

I can understand it Tosha. I did not complain in any way about the pg posts, but to be completely honest there have been a few times when it was hard to handle.

Please understand that I am very happy for all of you who are pg and I do wish you all well and I like to read updates about your pgs.

But it was a little hard when a few times I was already having a hard day and I have come here and about half the posts were pg posts. Sometimes that can be difficult to handle especially when I've been trying for over 6 months with no bfp, KWIM?

I DO like to read your updates though, so I think there is a happy medium somewhere?

I just love you all and would cry if I had to leave. I want to stay here and support you al through your journeys like you supported me, I want to be there when you get your BFP's!!!!!

I very rarely post about my pregnancy, and will only do so in the success stories.

Tosha - I was perfectly okay with the post b/c I know how hard it is to read about some being so happy when you're feeling so lost. You're just doing you're job as a host - keep up the good work!

Tosha, I was not offended or upset about the post. I understand where you were coming from when you wrote that post. I never plan to leave here because you girls are great girls and I want to be able to give my support every way possible. I just wanted those that like the updates to know that I would be posting under the success forum so those that arent comfortable yet reading pg stuff wont have to see it in the main board. I support you and bobbie in the fact that you have to do whats best for the board. That comes first.

I was also just appoligizing (sp) to anyone that I may have cause more hurt to by posting some about this pg. That was not my intent and it makes me sad to think that I could have done that because I'm not that kind of person.

So to all the girls that are TTC or recently gone through a loss, thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family and I cant wait for you all to get that BFP and for you to hold those beautiful babies.

Tosha after taking a breather and really reading what you said. I do understand more now then what you are saying. Thats why i really dont want to post anything. Unless i see Pregnant updates. thats about it.

I know what its like to have lost a child, and when you do see a pregnant woman posting its difficult to read. But its not fair either when some ppl say I hate pregnant woman. Thats not fair to anyone to see.

I love this board and i love you girls. And i cant help to stop in a check up on you all.

When i lost my children you were all there for the heart breaks and the ups and downs of ttcing.

For that i want to share the same for others. I try not to post as much here, as i know there is new members here and i know what they went through. We are all here for everyone. and i dont think that it would be fair to ask us to leave. We were in the same boat.

Im glad that i took the time to read it a bit more before i added what i truly felt about this situation.

I will try not to post as i know it does hurt some...

im new to posting on this board and have to say im greatful for that post so i know the rules
i can understand why some people were offended but at the same time i understand the need to protect new people coming onto here. not all women are as strong (i know seeing bfps makes me happy for the person but hurts me too)
as a board host you have to think of new members as well as old and im sure its not the first time the rules have had to be given out so people should understand that.

ty i feel really awful about it tho and it kills me i know its only a board but the ladies on this board are awsome ladys and as of today im thanking of resignning this board after a yr. it just kills me to thank that its all over giveing a dang reminder.

ive been lurking here a while and it has been such a lovely board and a lot of that is down to the hosts. you were doing your job as a host and im sure when things calm down people will realise that.
please continue doing a great job

Tosha please dont step down. Right now things are all over the place and I think with a day or two things will calm down. We all love you here and would hate to see you go as cohost.
