6 months or so. I just counted. I wish I hadn't

I posted a lot when I had my first m/c, back in October. After the 2nd one, I was too depressed. I just read the board every day. Still do.

The BFP's and the pregnancies and all their accompanying excitement don't bother me a bit-I'm happy for someone who finally is able to get and stay pg.

People come and go; some pop back in to update us. The reminder notice that Tosha posted-I've seen that a time or two over the 6 months that I've been here. It's just a reminder that's put out every so often.

That doesn't upset me. Nothing much on this board does. Except for one thing.

And that is the fact that I'm still here. And that a very few others that were here when I first came are still here.

I WANT OFF THIS BOARD! I want to join a DDC and I want to stay there for 9 flippin months!!

And I'm going to inject and inseminate myself to a BFP and I'm leaving next month-don't try and stop me!!

I had to change my name!! My bday is fast approaching..June.

I guess I could have changed it to "readyat39but40isknockingonthedoorsohurrytheheckup becauseIdon'thavemuchtimeleft"

Or "readyat39butwillbesotickedoffifI'mnotpgbefore 40"

Or"readyat39-theonewiththeREALLYloudbiologicalclocktickingaway

Or"wasreadyat39-WTHhappened?"

***Disclaimer*** Ladies, I use humor to get me through tough situations. Laughter is the best medicine (as are fertility drugs ). If I didn't laugh at myself, I would be and wouldn't be able to function. My chances of having a baby are not great...but they aren't entirely hopeless at this point either. I have a choice-dwell on the positive or the negative. No one knows the seriousness of our situation better than us-we live it. This is just my way of getting through it. I have to keep myself laughing to keep my spirits up. If it lifts yours too, all the better. Laugh with me, laugh at me...it's all good.

Oh see, now I know who you are. lol

I'm so very sorry that you are still here sweetie. I'd let you borrow my ovaries, but if that were possible there'd be a line! lol.

Honestly, I ache for everyone who struggles with fertility problems. I feel so guilty sometimes.

So, from my sweet little Erin to you, loads of and I hope that can finally get out of here!

I am seriously so hard Dave even said "What are you laughing at???"

I am sooo with you on the laugh your way to a BFP.... have you read my favorite book..... A Few Good Eggs? That book is hilarious, but informative.

Sooo can I steal your blinkie? I really do love it. I can't belive I am getting excited for a darn stinkin' needle! I HATE needles. I am scared to death of them.

Of course you can take the blinkie!!! Isn't it bizarre-I can't wait to start the injections either! I can't even watch when they take blood from me Good thing all I have to do is drop my pants and balance on one foot-DH has to do all the real work!

Thanks girls...I appreciate all the good wishes and hopefully you all get to kick me out real soon!

Yeah it will be Dave's job too. If I had to do that myself...well... I would be done TTC

I always ask for a butterfly needle when I get bloodwork done. I am SUCH a WIMP.
