So i'm sitting here thinking WHERE IS AF! LOL. I had a huge temp drop today and cramps, and all i did was spot a little brown with mucus. I'm not sure if it was from the cervical biopsy that i had on thursday or not. I do have a question though, i asked in my other post but not sure if anyone read it, so i'll ask again lol. I woke up at 6:30 this morning didn't think to temp because my mom was telling me that Isis wet the bed, so i got up changed her clothes and got her bed all cleaned up, went back to sleep at 7:00, and woke up and temped at 8, could that affect my temp, just sleeping for an hour? I was up for only 30 minutes. I guess i will know for sure with tomorrow mornings temp. I'm 12DPO today tested and got a BFN but i didn't use FMU because my parents were leaving to go home and i just forgot.
I am not a hundred percent sure but i think that you are suppouse to sleep for like 3 hours for it to be an accurate temp other than that i don't know a lot about it I hope someone can give you a better answer
And good luck I hope you get a bfp on the next test you take!
Once you wake up I am pretty sure your temp goes up. Either way though it won't be accurate. I say either discard it or make sleep deprived. If it were me, I would discard.
I think AF is going to find me though. So maybe she will stay clear of you
