How does it work?
Where do I get them?

Maybe your talking about the Instead cup? I think that's what people use. Eleysia just had a post about this a while back. Maybe Eleysia can answer... Good luck!

LOL Bobbie Guess we posted at the same time.

just wanted to add that the instead cups are disposable, and the "diva" cups are reusable hope that helps

Would the Diva cups work the same? They look like maybe they're a deeper cup than the Instead and might not hold the spermies very close?

Where can you buy the Instead cups? I thought someone said Walmart but I looked last time I was there and didn't see any.

Hmm im not too sure Shannon, I know that you can order them on the web site.. or at least i think you can. Diva cup has a spot where you enter your zip code and it gives you a list of stores that have them near you.

Id imagine diva would work as well since either way it holds them inside instead of them escaping kwim?

Just wanted to add that i read an article that said "within a few minuites" the sperm are actually already on their way up and inside, so i dont know if it is even practical to buy them, but if it works hey then why not right?

I'm thinking it might help since there are some ladies that said they got their BFP after using them. At first I was afraid it might help the weaker sperm, but really they still have to swim all the way up the uterus and fallopian tube. Maybe this just gets more of them up in the cervix over the time you have the cup in place.

I have a Diva cup, I'm just thinking the Instead might be better. I may see if they have them at CVS since I don't feel like ordering anything online right now.
