Cramping, bloat, dir*****.

I just feel extremely crappy!!! I have a dentist appointment today too, and I have NO energy whatsoever to go shower and get ready to leave.

My temp this morning was 97.9, yesterday it was 95.1

I just want to go back to bed!!!!

im sorry you feel icky. i do too. i think you should just take a loooong bath with a hot wash rag on your face. thats what im going to do. (not with you) it always makes me feel so much better. then ask for the happy gas!!!
