Is it 30 days from the day you stopped bleeding or from when you started bleeding that you "might" get your next AF?

You always go from the day you start bleeding. Each women has a certain # of days in her normal cycle. Mine was always 28 days from the start of AF.

I believe it was when I started. Im telling you, I had not a single symptom of AF then it hit me. Same for Pound (linda) on like day 30-32. I hope it is the same for you.

Thanks I didn't know if it was different since it's the first AF. Or else I would have to wait a lot longer... :S

I don't think I'll get much warning.. I just have this feeling haha.

You count day 1 of bleeding as CD1, as the other ladies have mentioned.

My usual cycles were 27-29 days, the cycle following my m/c was a 35 day cycle, and ever since then my cycles have been 30-45 days. Big mess up for me!
