I'll probably just wait for AF to show, she should be here by Monday. Then I'll have my CD 3 testing done and see how that looks. I think everything will come back normal though. Which I almost wish it wouldn't because then I could have a REASON for why I'm not pregnant.

It just sucks. I really wanted to be pregnant because of Mother's Day. And stupid Dh didn't even understand why. I told him because that way I could be a mother again, or at least a mother-to-be again on Mother's Day and not just...nothing.

I'm so sorry Shannon! I truly hate this for you, because I do know how you feel. I still hope she won't show. What kind of testing are they doing on cd3?

Let's see...LH, FSH, estrogen?, umm...she rattled off maybe a couple other hormones and then a thyroid test.

My thyroid was normal duing my pg but she said we could check it again.

She said the tests could verify that I am ovulating. I'm guessing it could also tell if I had something like PCOS but I really, really doubt I have that.

Honey you are not a nothing! You are still a mommy

It's still early, but if AF does show then I hope the tests will help shed some light on what's going on

Hopefully your tests will help pinpoint the problem. I had to go through all of that stuff too. Don't get down on yourself, you are a mommy

I feel like I am a mommy too on most days, it just breaks my heart that no one else sees it that way (except for you wonderful ladies). I know Dh won't see it that way, and neither will others in the family. I should be holding a brand new baby in my arms this Mother's Day and having everyone tell me what a great mom I am. But instead the day will not be anything special to me, except in my own heart.

I always thought I'd be pg again by now and it's so unbelievably painful that I'm not.

Oh honey, this is just breaking my heart. I'm so VERY sorry that it's turning out this way! I wish I could just snap my fingers and give it to you.

I know what you mean about Mother's Day. I've felt that way the past two. Cora's due date was on Mother's Day that year, so to suddenly not BE a mommy was painful. And then last year I was even pregnant again, but again, I felt like it didn't really apply to me. It's hard, it really is. It'll be weird to me this year.
