I overheard Dh talking to his best friend on the phone.
I heard him say "Yeah we're still working on having a kid. It hasn't worked out for us yet. Shannon went to the dr and the dr wants to put her on something to make her produce a more viable or mature egg. So we're going to try that."
And then he walked out into the garage so I couldn't hear the rest.
Yay! It sounds like he's going to be okay with me taking the Femara. Now I just have to get that bloodwork done and convince the dr to do a SA.

That is great Shannon. I'm so glad he agreed. I hope it'll work the first try for you like it did Lindsey! Woohoo! When do you go for all the tests? I can't wait. I'm so excited for you.

The tests are supposed to be on CD3 so it depends on when AF shows up. If I have a 14 day luteal phase like I've been having, she'll be here Monday and I'll go get my blood drawn on Wednesday.

That's great news Shannon
I really hope the Femara works the first month for you!!!
(Hey, and as a side note...it sounds like dh is thinking about having a baby, etc, if he's talking on the phone with his friend about it! Guys just seem to express things different than us girls )

He said awhile back he would do the SA. My dr just doesn't think it's necessary but I'm going to tell her I want to check everything out before I start taking any medications. I know it makes Dh nervous that I'm going to be taking fertility meds, he always worries it could harm the baby in some way that they don't know about.
It gives me a lot of hope that Lindsey got pg with it. Especially since she was already Oing and I'm already Oing too, maybe we both just need/needed a little boost!

Awe I think it's cute that he's talking to his friend about it Shows that he's thinking about having babies!
I hope it happens for you really quick and I hope the process isn't stressful or anything. Good luck!

That's great news Shannon. Hopes this eases some of your earlier worries about him not being as interested/excited about TTC.

Oh honey you know I am ROLLING in that!
I think Dh can't help but have TTC on the brain at least a little bit because that is the main thing I talk about. But it is nice that he thought it worth a mention to his friend.
