Oh yeah!! I can't fit into my pants that were one size too big!! I've been in mat pants since 5 weeks, but still in regular shirts, although I do have mat shirts ready to go.

We've only seen one so far. There's only one sack and we've only seen one baby, but the doc and the tech both told me that if there's another baby in the sac, most women don't see the second one until 8-10 weeks or later. My levels were really high too, 28, 583 at 6w1d, and I've got people at my daughter's playgroup telling me that I look further than I am, so it's still possible!!

Not sure. I don't have one scheduled. My next appoints are on the 27th with the midwife and the 28th with the OB. We haven't decided 100% who we're going to go with yet, so those appointments will be our deciding days. I'll be a little before 12w by then, so I should be having another one within the first week of June.

Well, I do have one scheduled for tomorrow, but that's for a lump in my breast.

I will. Thank you!!

I want to go with the midwife, but DH isn't 100% sure. He'd like me to stick with the OB who makes me wait 2 hours after my appointment to actually see me, so I talked it out with him and he's agreed to meet with the midwife before he makes his final decision too. And it is his decision as well. It is his baby.

Brandi,

If dh wants OB, you could also consider the OB and a doula. Thats what I did with dd. Doula was great, had same Bradley (natural childbirth) training as me, and was the main support person during labor. OB just showed up for 20 minutes to deliver. Just an idea.

OHIP doesn't cover a doula here, but they cover a midwife. I think his main concern was that I wanted a homebirth and after 2 losses and endo, he wasn't comfortable with it. So, now he's on board for considering a hospital birth with a midwife, but he wants to meet the midwife first.
