A hidden and sometimes unknown (by people and doctors) infection that causes miscarriage (specifically repeated m/c). Have your doctor do a vaginal culture for UREAPLASMA UREALYTICUM AND MYCOPLASMA HOMINUS.

On 1/31 at exactly 16 weeks pregnant Noah came too soon. He was our 7th loss

OMG.... thank you for posting this! I had this once 9 years ago. I can't believe I forgot about it. I wonder if that's my problem now. Thanks again for posting. Something I will definitely have my doctor check out.

There is not much info on the net either becuase so few now about it, I can only suggest the book Getting Pregnant by Neil Lauersen PHD it gives great info on it and also the treatment required and also check out beachcenter.com

I was on antibiotics for this as a precautionary thing for the first 8 weeks of this pregnancy. Thanks for posting the additional details. I only knew it was for potential bacterial infections but not the name.
