for you ladies that are temping....what kind are you using?
have you tried different ones?
do you see a difference??

I just used a regular digital one from Walmart...wasn't a "BBT" one and it worked great.

I've done the BBT from WalMart and now I use just a regular digital from the dollar store. No real difference either way. Other that one only goes to tenths and one went to hundredths.

I'm not currently temping, but I had a BBT thermometer that I bought from Walgreens and used for years. Then, I decided I needed one that read to the hundredths and bought a new one from Walgreens before we started ttc this last time. The anal part of me likes the hundredths one! I don't know what brands they are - just that they both are pink.

I was using a BBT but after my dog chewed up Thermometer Number 2! I decided maybe someone didn't want me taking my temp and gave up on that LOL!

I have the BBT from Walgreens that does the hundreths. Super cheap, super easy to use, which is good or I probably wouldn't do it.

Mancil - my pup recently tried to chew mine too. I don't know if seeing me continuously put it in my mouth made him think it was food or something? Let me tell you, I cleaned that thing so good afterwards though, I bet it was cleaner than when it came out of the factory! Still kind of gross, but oh well, I luv my pup and I want to get pg.

Well I had mine on the post of my bed so I could get it easy in the mornings and well my dog thinks its fun to chew stuff up! I would have kept mine but she chewed the tips off both of them She is so naughty! I will pry buy a new one soon but it makes me mad cuz my hubby always forgets to close our bedroom door and she chews up all my stuff. As long as she can't get in the bedroom she is good I don't know why she finds it so fun to mess up my bedroom!

Ha Ha!! Mine was on my bedside table, but my pup is an 11 month old Great Dane, he can get anything anywhere he wants. And only just recently has he started to chew stuff, but he's non-discriminatory about whose it is. I'd rather it be mine though, so SO or DS doesn't get too mad at him (he's so stinking sensitive!). The only reason he didn't destroy the BBT though was that it's too skinny for him to really chew on as his jaw and teeth are too big, so it ended up safe.
