Well I barely slept last night and was a bundle of nerves all day, but my appointment went great. My u/s tech was so nice and I love the staff at this office.
Much to our surprise we are expecting TWINS 
I do have a subchorionic bleed that has been causing my spotting, so we have to hope that resolves it self.
Even though I am 4w6d today one baby is measuring 5w5d and the other is measuring 6w1d
We have to go back in two weeks for another u/s and an official first OB visit.

Jenn, my eyes are tearing up! You went from our DDC to this board and now look at you--- TWINS!!!  Aren't you so blessed! That is amazing.

On 1/31 at exactly 16 weeks pregnant Noah came too soon.
