Really, it's just making me more confused and more frustrated.

Maybe I'll just input the cm/cp and stop temping. It's my temps that are frustrating me. I really don't think they've helped me figure anything out at all.

I don't understand temping much really. It is interesting that on the same day both months your temp jumped to 98.8 though.

I can understand your frustrations with temping, it drove me up the wall. Your temps are all over the place and your cm. It looks as though your body is trying ovulate but for some reason your temps drop right after your spike.

Are you still nursing Erin? Not sure if that would have anything to do with it. Even though I nursed Ethanael, I still had my period but I'm just not sure about the effect on ovulating. Don't give up on the temping just yet. Sometimes sleeping with a fan on or a window open or under a thin blanket one night and a light blanket the next can effect it as well. I still think you should see a spike and it should stay up though.

I noticed that too.

No, I'm not. I haven't since December. I didn't have a period at all until I quit. My first post-partum period was Feb. 4, and March 21, then April 23.

Do you think I might not actually be ovulating? Can you have a period without ovulating?

You can have a period without Ovulating, especially if your cycles are longer than the traditional 28-32 day range.

My other suggestion would be your thermometer. If I am looking at it right, it looks like you might be using a regular therm. that only measures to .1's. The BBT measure to .01's, which sometimes can make a big difference.

I understand your frustration, but if you can keep charting and figure out your cycles so you fully understand your cycle when you guys are ready to TTC again, I think it will help you get your BFP quicker!

It doesn't look to me like you have O'd. You can get AF without Oing. I agree with getting a BBT because you may not have a huge thermal shift and it may be easier to see slight differences if you have a thermometer that goes to the .01 degree. HTH!

I don't know, it seems horrible to not be ovulating with those horrid cramps I got!! I'll have to think about getting an actual bbt...

A BBT might help.

I don't blame you if you want to take a break from charting though. That's what I'm doing right now. I've been fairly consistent with when I've been Oing lately so I'd rather not have to obsess over each temp and worry about getting enough sleep and all that stuff that comes along with charting.
