Hey there...
So I am frustrated with my ob office because I keep getting different advice. When I got my period in March, they told me to call them when I got my next period so that I could get my labs drawn CD 21. I called when I got AF April 19th, and the RN told me well call once you've O'd and we'll draw your blood 7 days after that, use OPK. I did use OPK but never got a definately +, so I never called. Well now I'm 2 days late, negative HPT, called OB office and nurse says wait a week than we'll draw your blood, sounds like you did not O, we'll start you on something to get your cycle started next week.
I feel like why wait a week? another week is another week, which is another cycle.
I really want to call back and talk to my ON not the nurse. One nurse said one thing and the other nurse said something else.

I would call back and ask to speak to the doctor and let the doctor what has been going on. I hope you get some answers soon.

Ask to speak with the Doctor not a nurse, make it clear to them, sometimes you have to very firm with what you want, otherwise the'll do whatever they want. If you can't talk to your Doctor directly make an appointmet, good luck

I would definitely call and speak to the dr. If they won't let you, I'd make an appt like Pat suggested. I hope you can get some answers soon. I never get dark lines on opks, but I o.

So I called my OB and asked what she thought about everything. She said, yes wait a week and if still a negative preg. test and no AF than they'll check labs and/or administer progesterone to induce AF and than start me on clomid.
