well after trying to snap myslef out of my mood by looking for bfps and posting silly i am disappointed and have the urge to........
POAS!!!!!
omg where did that urge come from (maybe its mistiedawns fault for saying she had a feeling about me  im only 5dpo, there is no sense in testing even if i did think i had a chance this month!
you girls have turned me into an addict!
thanks for keeping me smiling girls (even if it wasnt by a sudden influx of bfps)
now i need you to stop me poas!
oh and a question. i have 2 tests in the house and im debating wether to buy more. what do you think?

lol .. I say if you can holy out a bit longer, not to bother buying more.. But if you wana cure that PAOS urge, you could always test, see the bfn and then you wont want to again till atleast 10 dpo lol.. I did that with my Angel.. I tested at 6dpo.. KNEW it was guna be a bfn, but I was jus feindin so badly to paos.. and it definitely cured my urge.. I didnt want to again for a while.. got my bfp at 10 dpo

thats why i AM holding out. once i start poas i cant stop! id doesnt cure my urge, it encourages it.
bfns make me miserable but i still hope one day il do it and see a line! arghhhh you girls are a bad influence on me!

Yeah, I would also say the logical thing to do is to wait until af does not show, but in all honesty who can wait that long? So I would say lets meet in the middle, don't go crazy buying them, but get a couple?

NO MA'AM!!! you have to wait til 10dpo!!!! i dont want to be the cause of your disappointment!!! i promise to send all my positive vibes your way for the next 4-6 days....then you can test. this is waaaay too early. you can pee on one just to get it out of your system, BUT you have to pee while knowing that its WAAAAY too early and this will only be a practice run to make sure you can still hit the target!

normally i buy a load off ebay (well i did before the m/c) but since then i have just bought as af was getting close. its hard having a 17day lp cos as soon as i get to 14 i think, hey, if i was a NORMAL woman my af would be here and then i test!
my local shop has just started selling packs of 2 for £1.10. i normally go to town for them and they give me something to pee on so im tempted to buy a couple tomorrow.
i know i wont test for a while anyway, maybe on my birthday il be 16dpo. i dont even get bfps on them normally let alone early ones!
arghhh this is killing me. i really dont think i have a chance this cycle but then i look at my chart and think well, we defo dtd at the right time (thanks to my body being a pain and not Oing when it was supposed to)
my temps are still all over and not like when i got my bfp but something is telling me not to give up hope this time. i know i wont see the true temps for a while yet anyway but still.
sorry im rambling now but oh god i want that bfp this cycle!

LOL! I am the same way!! I am now 11/12 DPO and have been testing since Monday...I've wasted 5 test already...lol! They're all BFNs but does that stop me from trying again the next morning? NOPE! And I think part of the reason is I have a huge bag with like 30 HPTs so I figure I can blow as many as I want. So DON'T go buy anymore...having only two forces you to be reasonable about it!!!

If I were you Sarah I'd buy a ton of the cheapy ones to keep on hand for this exact moment 
But save the good ones for 10DPO and 14DPO...or if your LP is longer why not 13DPO and 17 DPO?!

I would definitely buy some more... if you get your bfp, you can play with the others and watch the line get dark or you'll have more for next month! (I bet you'll get to play w/ 'em though!)

I vote buy more online f/ someplace cheap!! But that's the poas fanatic speaking! I had that same urge to poas ridiculously early, so I pd on an extra OPK that I had. It wasn't a hpt, but didn't matter because I knew if it had been it would be a BFN, and just peein on something relieved the urge.

I would wait until AF is late. Only because I JUST went through getting a BFP early and then the day it was due getting AF, meaning an early miscarriage. That was even harder than my period being late, testing and losing the baby a week later.
Sorry to be a downer but I am now "anti POAS before a late AF"

i say wait until you're late. if you start now, you can't stop testing everyday. well, i can't

lol thanks so much girls.
well i resisted the urge to poas and my temp went up a little this morning which is great cos it has gone up for a couple of days now so, so far its starting to level out
i decided i wont buy more just now. those 2 i have are cheapies and i have the test from the doc to use if i am late so i figure il hold until at least 13dpo.

oh and im selling a load of stuff on ebay so decided if i take in over £100 i will buy some ic tests ready for next month

well all of this is nonesence now!
i just bought 10 tests it was only £2.65 including postage for 10 so i went for it. my therory is they wont arrive till next week so i will be past 10dpo anyway.
