I don't even know why, but I felt the need to test again with the same tests I'd used originally. I can't tell you why, I just felt like I should. The test that gave me the negative result was directly from the doctor's office -- DH works in a ped. clinic and they were nice enough to give us a couple for free since PP was so stupid. ANYWAY, back to my story so I felt the need to test with the first tests again. I was expecting to see a negative, but instead I saw this...

The test today, the line showed up IMMEDIATELY and it wasn't even with FMU. I am totally confused. I'm having AF right now! Although, I guess that can't be a total determiner for me since I had AF for 4 months when I was pregnant with the twins in 2001/2002. I just... I am wondering if maybe it was too early for the doctor office tests?? I don't know. I am freaking CONFUSED beyond anything. I know I should go to the doc, but I can't because of finances. I'm going to use a doc office test again next weekend, giving it sufficient time so if it's a real, real positive, then I will know. Anyway, I know this has got to be confusing for all of you, too but I guess I just keep posting here because I don't know where else to turn.

That last one definitely looks like a bfp... I would give it another day and test again tomorrow am. Could be that it was just too early... I would check again in the morning and see what happens. I hope it is and that your body stops giving you a hard time!

It could be that you aren't as far along as you thought, and the AF you're having is only spotting. I'd definitely make an appointment with a doctor, or something to test your hcg levels to make sure they are rising as they should. You are definitely pregnant though.

I agree with everyone else. With a line like that you definitely were or are pregnant. If you can't go to doc, then just test every couple of days and check to see if its getting darker or lighter.

p.s. I also had what I believed to be a full af with dd (and consequently found out at 8 weeks) so I don't use af to discount pregnancy either

Definitely a BFP! I swear the doctor tests SUCK! I was told they are designed to detec levels at 50 sometimes even higher.. FRER is 20 ? I believe? So it definitely coulda been too early for the docs test. Id keep testing, and go back to the doc in a week..

I've tested twice more. Both darker than the others, but I am still not convinced. I've been having crampy/achiness in my lower ab and that's freaking me out. AF started on Thursday, but then dissipated on Saturday. Came back Sunday midday and then was gone by the evening and I've had nothing since except this darn crampy feeling. I also napped for 3 hours yesterday -- so not like me! And I've been peeing a lot and had a bit of nausea last night. I worried it's all in my head, though.

Yeah I would definitely get into see a doc... Get blood draws and maybe an u/s.. to make sure the pg is in the right spot, etc..
