Between Dwayne cutting off his finger, to me thinking i was in labor yesterday. Its been a hell of a few days! Im trying to play catch up today.
Yup Dwayne did a number on his finger. He ended up getting the top part sewed back on, now they have to do skin graphs or something to make his finger look normal. He cut the tip off the nail and everything! gross. I would post the pictures but they are pretty graphic, and i wouldnt want to offend or gross anyone out!
His hands are the bread winner here!! Without his hands theres no money..im not worried about it. Hes just concerned about holding his tattoo gun the right way again. I think he will be fine.. So hes home for a few days, and that i mean in my hair!
I thought i was in labor yesterday, i was having contractions 5-10 mins apart and they started out as a dull/achy pain. Then it picked up to sharp jabbing tightening pains. they hurt so much. But im very stubborn and i wont go in till my water breaks. It was freaking me out, cause i didnt want to eat anything, i was super tired, my legs were going purple, and these contractions were just coming, and Makenna wasnt moving. but i made her move..LOL.
I did call the dr and i told him what was going on, he said to just relax record them, if they get to 1-3 mins apart get to the case room. Drink some water.
So now im just sitting here, waiting. not knowing if shes coming out. it feels like it. Theres so much pressure down there, and im getting big time pains in the Whoo hoo...LOL
Theres my update. Im sorry that i havent been around...

Brandy! You take care of yourself. You better go to labor and delivery if it gets worse. I'm so glad Dwayne is home with you, sorry he cut his finger off though!!! Please let me know how you are. I'm gonna be super worried now. Tell McKenna to hang in there. Didn't they say 34 weeks was good when you went in last? You're almost there. Lots of love to you my friend!!!

Thanks Michelle...Im just super worried. Cause my Dr called it. he said 2 weeks mabey 3 if im lucky!! And its getting to that a 2 week mark now. Im scared. cause i just want the best for her!! Believe me im on pins and needles right now.
Dwayne is just a dingle bat sometimes!! LOL..Hes feeling better tho. thats the main thing. I think hes more scared to have Makenna then i am..LOL

You and McKenna will both be fine. I can't wait til we can see pics though. I'll be she's beautiful just like her mama. You be careful and take good care of yourself. I'm sure she will be just fine. She's just ready to meet her mama, daddy, and brothers.

Holy cow talk about alot going on  how did he chop his finger off like that?
Sorry Makenna is trying to come out, you know she will be just fine if she comes a tiny bit early. Youre so close to 34 weeks, and little girls are strong fighters. I hope she bakes a little longer, but if its time, know she will be ok. Take it easy and do what your DR said. Dont go chasing anyone down in trucks or anything

Wow you have been busy! It does sound like your Dr called it on the timing! I hope Dwayne feels better soon.

HAHA!!!! I wont do that i promise....But in my defense it was worth the ride..LOL..
He was working Monday night, someone called in sick, so he ran to the shop to fill the meat orders.
Well he was using a band saw to slice the cows in half and his finger was in the way. it was gross.
i just hope that it works properly...
Im not to worried if Makenna comes out now, cause my oldest was born at 34 weeks, and wasnt in the hospital for that long. He just had to learn how to suck breath and swallow at the same time..and i think if shes anything like me she will be a fighter, and not want to stay in the hospital...

You need to relax girlie! If Makenna decides to come early, I'm sure you're ready for her!

It gives me chills just thinking about her being here soon (the good chills) I cant wait to meet her.
i still cant get that image of you mobbing behind them in a truck.
Wow poor guy. I hope it works right as well. At least they were able to sew it back on and you guys got there quick enough. What a bummer though.

Speaking of unplanned home births...How far of a drive is it to the hospital if she does decide to venture south and out.

I just wish that i had a camera! it would of been funny to watch over and over. mabey i could of sent it to AFV or something and won money..LOL...
Im really hoping that he gets better. Hes just taking it easy from now on. The joys of a butcher!!
The hospital ride is about 10 mins. But i dont think i would have enough time to get there when my water breaks. With Jaiden i was in labor for 1 full day, then the next day my water broke, and Dwayne called the ambulance, and i was already pushing jaiden out when they showed up! it took me 18 mins to puch that 11 lb kid out..LOL..
I cant wait to meet her, and to show all your JM aunts her pictures. But when i do go into labor and have her, Bobbie will be the one updating! i will send her all the pictures(well Dwayne for that much) Cause i know i dont like to be left in suspence..lol...
Thank you girls so much. It makes me feel better knowing that i have you girls to support me!

Ewwww, sorry about Dwayne's finger!! I bet that didn't feel good!  I'm glad to hear they were able to reattach it though! Hopefully it will heal up just fine!
As for McKenna coming.... How exciting!!!!!! And OMG, about having Jaiden w/ the EMTs! I hope McKenna's birth goes just as quickly (but that you're at the hospital for it). Umm, maybe you should go now.  
I can't wait to see how the day progresses for you!

I dont wanna go to the hospital just yet,...LOL...Im very stubborn and i showed it that day when i had Jaiden..But i know when the contractions start getting really close im not taking any chances, im off to the hospital.
My birthing experiences have been wonderful, fast and easy..but everyone likes to make me scared, by saying Makennas birth is going to be hard etc. And i tell them, nothings harder then shooting out a 11 lb baby WITH NO DRUGS....they just look like AHHHH...
Im getting really nervous about her coming. But i really cant wait. I dont know where the time went!!! It seems like just yesterday i was screaming im pregnant!!
Im just glad that i have you girls....Your all amazing!

Ooohhh... I know you can't wait for her to come out and play... sorry it was a false alarm, hopefully you'll get to have her soon! I hope that your next couple weeks are as comfortable as possible.
Tell dh that he better take good care of those fingers and hands... he is gonna need 'em to change some poopie diapers soon enough!!!

I hope that Makenna can hang on a little longer for you!
Tell Dwayne that I hope his finger heals fast. DH lost a finger tip years ago - he just shuddered when I told him about Dwayne. They're kindred spirits now!
