If you ovulate early should you expect AF early? The last few months i haven't kept track of how long my cycles are but when i was keeping track before they were usually 28 days... Since i'm pretty sure i ovulated early on CD9 should i expect AF early too?

With me, my LP is never less than 13 days. So if I O late them AF is later.
There has only been one time that my LP was 17 days.

I think the norm is 14 days, so if your cyle is 28 days you probably O on CD14.

Um, I'm not sure. But I think it depends on how long your LP is. You may O on cd9, but if your LP is longer than 14 days then af comes later. Soooo, if you think you O on cd9, and you're still having 28 day cycles, then your LP would be 19 days. I'm no expert, but isn't Oing on cd 9 really early though? Everyone's cycles are different though, so I don't really know.

Well the reason i think i o'd early i got an almost positive opk on CD8 and they got lighter after that (then i ran out and DF wouldn't let me buy more so i nver got a positive one) but i also had tons of ewcm on CD9.... So thats why i think i o'd then. I'm not sure if my cycles are still 28 days but a few months ago when i was keeping track they were so thats why im assuming they still are. This is our first offical cycle ttc since we've been taking a break.

Your LP should almost always be the same and is unique to you. So, some women may have a 12 day lp, and some may have a 15 day lp. (the average being 14) but it is the same every cycle. What CAN change is the day you ovulate, usually only by a few days though. SO if you Normally O on cd 14 and have a 28 day cycle then if you were to O on cd 9 you would more than likely have a 23 day cycle. Hope that helps
