When will I know when to expect AF now? My last AF was April 26. I found out May 25 that I was pregnant. Then at 5w 4d on June 3, I found out I was having a miscarriage. As of today I am still spotting a little. How do I calculate when I will have my next AF?

Hi Nette. It's different with everyone. My AF showed at about 23 days after my m/c. Others have waited over a month.

First of all, I am so sorry for your loss
As for the af, Im still waitin for mine .. Its been 1 month for me, today (lost him on May 8th)... I think I o'd on cd 28.. Which would make AF not due for another 9-10 days.. Thats IF my LP is 14 days.. I dont even know how long my LP is, cuz the first month I started charting I got pregnant.. So I never got to see how long it way... Anywho Yes, Its different for every one.. I started charting tho to give me an idea what was going on with my body.. and it did help, cuz Id be in complete confusion right now if I didnt.. I am on cd 32 since my d&c... I usually have 30 day cycles.. but this ones not a "real" cycle I guess...

Mine were all almost 4w to the day after m/c. Some girls don't get AF for 8 weeks or so after. Unfortunately anything seems to go with m/c. I think that is one of the suckiest parts.

I was given 4-8 weeks after my 14 week loss. After my early miscarriage, at 5 weeks, AF came pretty much right on time.

My first AF came 44 days after natural m/c at 12w1d.
