I got an email from a very good friend of mine...

Most of us use credit/debit cards at the gas pump. A co-worker used her credit/debit card to purchase gas at the pump (like most of us do). She received her receipt like normal. However, when shechecked her statement, there were 2 $50 charges added in addition to her purchase.

Upon investigation, she found out that because she did notpress the 'clear' button on the pump, the employee inside the store wasable to use her card to purchase his/her own gas! To keep this fromhappening, after you get your receipt, you must press the 'CLEAR' buttonor your information will be stored until the next customer inserts theircard.

Be sure to tell all your friends/family so that this doesn'thappen to them!

I seen that on the news a few days ago. It can happen. And its not fun when you get your statement in the mail.

I've heard about that too. I've also heard about people putting a card copier type thing in and they can get ALL of your info and use your cards for their liking!
