I'm making pork chops, too. I'm sure we'll have mashed potatoes and some sort of veggie. I don't want to eat anything....yuck

I think we are having "haystacks". If you've never heard of 'em, it's pretty much a taco salad with fritos on the bottom instead of a taco shell. I like haystacks.
