since being told i had a chemical ive been pretty down. i thought i was coping ok but the slightest thing is upsetting me at the mo for example someone said the boys room is a mess just now and i broke down. it is a mess but its the boys room not mine and they are 11 and 9 so quite able to put their own washing in the laundry basket!

anyway, mark stayed over the whole weekend because hes away this week, it was so perfect!
he left last night and i missed him so much straight away, he knew by my texts something wasnt right so i told him that staying the whole weekend made me realise just how much i miss him being home and i got a txt back saying "i loved being home, it was a brilliant weekend"
i cant wait to have him back again

today was sports day, sadies first! she was a star! she only started nursery in april and all the teachers are commenting on how bright, focused and outgoing she is! she ran 4 races and came in 3rd in one. she never came last! im so proud of my little munchcin
the boys didnt have such a good day! louie got beaten up so bad that he could hardly walk and he got into trouble cos the boy who beat him went crying to a teacher because he hurt his knee! louie had taken enough so put his leg up to defend himself and the boy hurt his knee trying to contnue! it got to the point louie could hardly walk so couldnt take part but HE got into trouble for the incedent! needless to say tomorrow im going to the school cos ive really had enough now!

i have a meeting on thursday about the boys contact with their dad, hes trying to make out im a bad mum etc because my house isnt always spotless. ok, maybe its not but they are clean, fed and happy and IM the one who goes to every sports day, doc appointment, parents evening, concerts and anything else that happens! he just comes up once a month and spends one day with them!

like i said, im sorry im not posting much right now but i have sooooo much going on and im trying to focus on other things other than ttc. saying that, i got my opks today so il get to poas again and not worry if there is 2 lines or not

thinking of you all and i am replying when i get a chance but this week will be even busier because mark doesnt come back till monday

Sarah, I'm sorry you are feeling so down, I wish I had the magic words to make everything better for you. I'm sorry that your kids dad is being such an a** I know you are a great mother and to be honest how many people with that many kids have a spotless house? I hope he stops being an a** and leaves you alone. I came from a divorce family so I know what's like. I hope this weeks goes by fast for you so that you don't have to miss Mark for that much longer. Want me to kick the kids' dad for you? Honestly, why do men think it's a simple thing to take care of 5 kids AND keep the house clean??? And besides, I'm sure it's just clutter (toys, newspapers, mail, etc) and not actually DIRTY. Come on, that's ridiculous. I'm sure he's got no case sweetie. You're a great mother.




I got tired just reading all that! Sheesh, you're a busy woman! And I'm glad you're going to school to talk to them about the situation with your son. It reminds me of the time my brother got suspended (he was 12 or 13) for hitting a girl. Well, it turns out that the girl was not only practically twice his size, but she was picking on his friends and stealing their lunch money. So my mother went to the assistant principal's office and explained to him WHY Jake had hit her, made him rescind the suspension, AND get the girl in trouble for stealing lunch money.

It's what good mothers do...protecting their kids.
