for my dd, i walked up and down bleachers at the high school. and when i couldnt do that, i ate really spicy food. all per my mema, that had 6 kids. i only had to do it less than a week, and my water broke at 630 am and she was born by 1030 am. ill definately be doing it with this one too. i had a VERY easy labor!!

i dont know, curry and pinapples worked for me and for my mate - she gave herself a cervical sweep! apparently its not much different than checking your cp anyway
