Tommy said he was feeling sick this AM and hes just fallen asleep which is not like him at all....i checked his temp with my new thermometer and hes 39.6 celcius!! (103.28*f) thats far too high! send us your prayers please!

Ty...hes still asleep ATM and ive got him in for 5.30...i just want them to check him over  because being a student nurse makes you paranoid!! ive checked his temp! his pulse! checked him for rashes and counted his breathing rate LOL....only his temp seems wrong and he is very very pale

KAT - not sure if you're still on here or not, but mine had the exact same thing when she was a year old. All of the sudden her temp was 103.7 and we went to emergency. It ended up being Roseola which is a virus that most kids (at least here in the states) get at some point in their childhood. It starts with a fever and then breaks out in a speckly rash. It is not harmful at all, the fever is just kinda scary at first.

Thanks everyone...tommy is doing ok he just has a bug...he was sick last night but seems a little better today...should be back to normal soon i hate it when hes poorly
