Has anyone had complications from either?

I'm just curious. I've had 2 uncomplicated D&C's from before I had DD, one only 2 months before getting pregnant with DD. And then my second tri loss I had a D&E.

I had a minor complications after the D&E. I got really sick the day after the D&E, was throwing up, and had a 102.7 fever. I called my doctor's office, and the on-call nurse was concerned about infection. I went to the ER, had IV antibiotics for a couple of hours, and the next day I felt a lot better. I saw my doctor 2 days later, but all she did was take my temp, ask how I was feeling, I said fine, and she sent me on my way. And a few weeks after that, I had the usual post-op appointment to make sure I was healing okay, which I was.

Of course, now, with TTC taking so long, I am kind of concerned that the infection was something bad, and now I will never get pregnant again. Should I bring up my concerns with my doctor? I can't stop thinking about the possible infection, and I do notice that ever since then, I get sharp pains in my cervix around AF time that are similar to pain I felt when I was in early labor with DD. It's just something new, that makes me nervous. I feel like my poor uterus has been through a lot, in terms of pregnancy loss, and I am beginning to get concerned that my body is just not willing to carry another baby in there. And, I am scared because even though this is only our 4th cycle since I took a break, and went on BCP's for 1 cycle, we've TTC for 7 cycles all together, which seems like a lot considering DBF's 3 kids were ALL conceived on the first month, and the baby we lost was conceived my first month on BCP's, and not using withdrawal.

I must admit that I'm not familiar with the details of D&Cs or D&Es. I went through a natural m/c. I do think it's worth a talk with the doc, though.
