Sarah has text me and asked me to give you a little update on her...
Well she went to the doctors today about her arm and she has got septicemia  She has to go back to the doctors in the morning - so fingers crossed the meds work! Sarah cant get on because her tablets are making her sleepy so she asked me all to let you know what was happening.

thank you all so much girls. 
i went back this morning and it has started to improve slightly so they are going to keep me home but the meds im on are intensive treatment and are making me very weak and sick.
i will come online whenever i can but just now im obeying orders and resting (mainly because i have no option or il be in hospital again)
thank you all for your well wishes. i miss you all but i promise il be back soon and posting mad again
