Anybody been there lately?

We're going to California for 2 weeks in July. We originally intended to spend some time at Disneyland, but when we found out I was preggo we canceled that idea. It would literally KILL me to be at Disneyland, my favorite place on Earth, and just have to stand around not being able to ride any of the rides.

Now we're wondering about Universal Studios. I've never been there, but it seems like there's a lot more shows and things that would be safer for preggo ladies. Anybody been there? Would I be able to still do most of the stuff there? Whaddyathink??

Thanks girls!

I went to universal studios on my honeymoon, and honestly, it was a real let-down. I was bored the whole time. Unless you are REALLY into movies, it was just mediocre. I spent the whole time wishing I was at Disneyland. I don't know what to tell you honey.

Brittanie, you are right, if you are not into movies, it's probably not a whole lot of fun.

Could you spend some time in San Diego? We went to the Zoo, Wild Animal Park, and Seaworld last year. No rides and tons of fun.
