A few weeks ago a family friend, was needing a place to stay. So she came to our house. Its been nice. But there was so much stuff on the go, with her and Dwayne and I felt really bad for her. Her and her daughter lived together for 21 years, and her daughter found a new boyfriend, and kicked her mother out on the streets. And im sorry, i think that was rude. Knowing that your mother has supported you for years, and put you in school for almost everything and to turn around and do that. It is heart breaking. She came to us, and was in tears, told us what happened. and i said you can stay here, if you can handle my kids then everything will be fine. Well me being pregnant and everything it was getting to me. Cause i wasnt allowed to clean cook or anything. That is my job.LOL. this is my family and i provide for them. Dwayne felt like crap cause, to watch a 47 year old woman crying cause her daughter chose a man over her mother isnt right. its not fair at all!!! I would kill to have a mother like her, mine isnt the best.

So i have been dealing with that. and just other little things. She has finally left today, shes moving to BC with her family. I told her i think she is making the right move with that. She needs to cut the cord with her daughter, and to never turn her back on her daughter. Keep the book open. That she will come around. And im really hoping she does. Her mom is the best. She treated me like a daughter. I personally WOULDN'T chose a man over my mother. Your born with only 1 set of parents cherish them. Except them for who they are.

So thats a bit of a update. I have lots of catching up to do.....
Makenna is still BAKING!! Grrrr...
Ive been doing everything to get this little booger out. HAHA..

I'm glad you got your house back to yourself though. I can't believe Mckenna isn't here yet. I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow and I don't have internet there. Argh! I hope when I come back that I get to see her beautiful face.

Yep, that right there just confirmed my thoughts that you and Dwayne are an amazing twosome and deserve nothing but the best. Definitely heart breaking of that girl to do what she did, I'm glad that the lady has two wonderful friends in you and Dwayne, to allow her to move in with you. That's amazing!!!

I hope Makenna comes soon!!!! I'm still rooting for that Canada Day baby!!!!

Thanks girls!!! You just made me cry. Makenna is so blessed and so am i to have a great bunch of girls here.

Michelle, its really nice to have my house back to normal. I didnt mind it, but i would just get annoyed you know? your so used to doing everything yourself, and then someone comes in and just takes over. Dwayne told me that i deserved it. so mabey i did...not to sure. LOL..

Jess, what you have said, means alot. Those are very touching words. for someone that has never met me or Dwayne to think that means a ton. thank you Jess. Your a amazing person! I loves ya for that.

I was just glad to have the space and room for her, but i was also scared if i went into labor and needed the space back you know? i didnt want to ask her to leave. so now im just living life. and i hope that this sassy girl comes out soon!!! Im dying to met her!

That was really nice of you to do. I don't have a good relationship with my mom, but I would never do something like that, I think that's just awful. As horrible as our relationship is, she has always been a good grandmother to my DD, and that is enough for me.

I'm sure it is nice having your place back though. I always feel stressed when I have someone over my house.

Brandy you are a saint! I'm so uptight I don't even like house guests for a few days. I could never invite someone to stay indefinitely!

Maybe Canada Day will be the magic date. I'm testing then, and I will keep my fingers crossed that Makenna shows up that day too! Just tell her how awesome it will be to have your birthday on a holiday.

I think that just shows what a big heart both you and dh have. It was horrible for her to kick her mom out and was awesome of the two of you to open your arms, especially with Makenna getting ready to come any day now.

I hope she comes out to play soon... make sure you keep us updated with everything and we will miss you in the meantime.

Brandy you never cease to amaze me girl. When I think I have seen about the most amazing things come from you, you always seem to one up it. You really are a great person, and im so glad to know you.. even if it is just through a computer. Dwayne is lucky to have you.. your entire family is, and vice versa.
