if any of your children told you they wanted to be one of the above?
the reason im asking....

you sure you want to know?....

its last day of term here so the boys had "dress as you please" day and this is what they wanted
last red nose day they both dressed as girls but this year louie has included high heals to his outfit!
i love my kids dearly but i will not be surprised if they ever decide to tell me they are not "normal" boys

hope you all had a good laugh at my kids, i certainly did!
xxx
ps, they called me evil for taking the pic so im just proving them right

Too cute. I don't think there is anything wrong with it... I used to dress in Goth when I was like 16-20 yo... and I also used to wear guys clothes (It is a little different than a boy wearing a girl's clothes) I would think that it might just be a phase though...

Big PS( It does look cute though! )

well they have come home and louie isnt changed yet. says he likes it too much.
kyle is rather upset because he had to say goodbye to a lot of his friends today as they are moving up to secondary school but still loving his outfit.
they are only 9 and 11, far to young to be making this decision for life but for now, they are sure its what they want
oh well, its all good fun and they made a lot of people laugh
xx

As long as they are enjoying themselves

I think it's wonderful that you aren't trying to stop them.

Besides, almost all of the boys I've known have at some point or another (usually on Halloween or on a dare) dressed like girls. I have a picture of my brother dressed like Posh Spice for Halloween one year I think they just want to see how far they can push the envelope.

oh i would never try and stop them. i feel if i did that then they would just try even harder to shock me.
ok, there are limits but as long as its just dressing up and having fun then they are not harming anyone and by joining in with them/helping them i feel it brings us closer and they know they dont have to keep anything from me.
i love my kids
xx

They look great - except a true "goth" kid would never wear a Guns 'n' Roses t-shirt! At least if they decide to go goth you won't have to worry about them getting sunburned!
