Can someone look at my chart and let me know if that drop today is normal? I know I took it at a later time this day, so maybe that's why it looks lower then usual. I normally take my temps at 5:15am on the weekdays, but I don't temp myself on the weekends until 9am or so.

Thanks for any help.

Sorry, I'm still pretty new at interpreting charts. I'm up early on weekdays and I sleep in on weekends too. This cycle I've kept my alarm on for the weekends and I temp at the same time. It definitely helps with consistency on the chart. Good luck!

I don't chart b/c I never know what time I get up, but they say that for every hour that is different that it increases like .1 or .2 degrees... so I would think that if it was 97 at 5, it would be maybe 97.8 at 9. Sorry I am not a better help! I hope you get your answers

it could just be a random wacky temp, or it could be an implantation dip. You'll have to see what happens the next couple of days. Good luck.
