How soon after you m/c did you start to temp again?

I'm trying to decide if I should wait for AF or what. I'm still bleeding on my 5th day of this loss. Starting to wonder if I will get AF and not even realize it. I want to know if I will O again soon (not that I will TTC right away). UGH I'm so confused by my body.

Well, I wasn't temping when I had my m/c, and I didn't start temping until about 3 months after my m/c.

BUT... ( ) If it happened again now, I would probably start temping after about a week or so, just to see what my body was doing.

I didn't start temping until AF showed after my m/c (about 3 weeks later). I would start now to get into the habit again.

I have used FAM for 8 yrs now. I start to chart as soon as bleeding stops AFTER the acuall m/c for 2 reasons

1) I have to TTA and NOT get pg before first af

2) because I want to see if my body has rebounded back hormonally and temping will show that.

I acually just had a some tests run on my hormons due to have off and on bleeds since I had m/c. My dr took one look at my chart and knew something was up. Turns out I was haveing a PP reaction as if I acually had a live baby and my milk had come in so I was weaning with out knowing it so to speak.

Temps and cm was able to show the issue.

By the way it is normal to be bleeding still at just 5 days past a loss((hugs))
